If you are coming from the coast, Jelov Klanac is located 12 km away from Plitvice. When you reach the main entrance to the Plitivice Lakes National Park, take the road to Zagreb for about 8 km and in the place called Rakovica turn left in the direction of the Jelov Klanac village. At that point, you will find yourself 4 km away from the estate. The first two 2 km of the road are paved, the rest is not. On your left side, you will see the fenced estate Jelov Klanac with a wooden house.
If you are coming from Zagreb, you will pass by the towns of Karlovac and Slunj and you will reach Rakovica after you pass by Oštarski Stanovi. At the cross-roads in Rakovica, turn right towards the Jelov Klanac village. The first two 2 km of road are paved, the rest is not. On your left side, you will see the fenced estate Jelov Klanac with a wooden house - that is your private accommodation.
